The stem of the big girl is starting to poke through the soil. It grew at an angle from the start, but its kind of bizarre to look at.
All and all im pretty happy with the progress.
I plan on doing some more training and defoliation in the next couple of days when i get some free time. For now she got nice drink and some relaxation. The smaller plant is still pretty wet so ill give it more time before a water.
Ill torture the ladies with lst and defoliation soon enough.
Looking good so far. I think with the tent biggest thing was for me to learn was to LITFA. Check in morning and before lights out but Leave It Alone lol. Growing outdoors it wasn’t an issue as those were guerilla grows lol. But it isa blast learning indoor.
My plants would need to get a restraining order with how much i touch and stare.
They will both be getting a hair cut today. Taking the old growth and huge lower fan leaves off. I will re train the big plant but the cookies is going to be left to do its thing. No topping.
Everything i have read shows you can take about 15 to 20% of the leaves off at a time and then let it recover. But i have seen @GST93 grow and it seems lime he knows his shit. I will not defoliate again until i repot. Which will be after this next feed.
Yeah that’s completely my bad - my brain forgot which thread I was in and just mixed up your plants.
15-20% rule is good for defoliation on photos, just let it recover fully before the next one. That’s the nice thing about photos, you can just veg them for longer and allow for more stressful training tactics.
Well i watered the big plant and used 7 mil of grow big. She drank about 3/4 a gallon of water before run off. I am going to let her dry out and repot her the next chance i get.
