Flushing nightmare!

Ok I decided to take the kids out of the closet and flush them, well they were in a low scrog and I figured they’d relax and possibly have to run some yoyos for the heavy ones, well a few did that but most of them bounced upward together!
Not what I wanted at all, so I guess now I’ll have to rebuild the scrog in this Damn small closet I got going on, 2x8.
Any recommendations? And someone on here said I’d have to flush 3x the amount if pot size ( 3 gallon) that seems like alot if water.

Whoever said 3x was right. Are they still pretty bendable?

I use 5 gallon fabric pots and usually put 10-12
gallons thru to get my flush. Some say 3 times the amount but if you check ppm for runoff and it’s really low after 6 gallons then I’d call it done.

Also if you do scrog I’d recommend not moving plants at all. Too much bad can happen as you’ve just found out

I guess the are, there not breaking off, but I’m moving them easy as I can.

Yep I damn well should have followed my gut and let them alone!! But scared of not flushing them, and getting to salty.

Try to get em where you want them fast before you can’t. Man I feel for ya :grimacing: that looks like a big ol mess. I would almost ditch the SGROG and just try to bend and tie until your colas are level. Just my opinion :pensive: looks like a lot of work down the drain and a lot more to go. Sorry

After you clean out the bottom you might try dropping it into a modified tomato cage or something similar to hold up your buds :pensive:
…and give you something to tie to

Update ,all flushed and back in grow room, only had one stem fold down on me causing a pinch.
This has by all means a great first grow untill now!! They have been real healthy there whole life so I’m 60 precent sure they’ll bounce back but they sure look pissed.

Drainage is really important to plan ahead. I must have it, since I always water-to-waste in coco. So I just grow in an unused bathtub! Drainage is automatic. Otherwise, you need something like dishwashing tubs under every pot and a water pump. Uggh, too much work!

I agree , first grow live and learn, I think there all going to pull through, but scary just the same.next grow better drainage set up for sure
