First Trial and Its working out Ok

I never wanted to grow I was following articles and germination process was done, I couldnt find a pot even I planted this in my wifes potatoe pot

I am going to plant this on separate pots asap. is it safe to remove the plant and set it on a different pot at this stage?

Not really, but you should do it fast as will only get more difficult as roots expand. Try not to damage tap root.
