Thank ya kindly, maāam. Itās been a long time coming. Kinda wild. We said 5 years at this house. Signed the lease March 1, 2020. Next month, February, will be our last month here. We said 5 years. God said, āNo, you need 6ā. So, exactly 6 years, to the day, we will be officially moved out. Iām still in shock

Off topicā¦ Before lights come onā¦
Contracts executed. Inspector has a bunch of money for today. Giving sellers a buuuunch of money today. Iām sure weāll be giving a bunch of money to somebody else really soon. Closing date is the 5th of February.
Itās all kinda happening so fast. Less than a month ago, we drove by a house and looked around. It needed a good bit of this and that, but Iāll be darned if it didnāt have a brand spanking new roof. Not perfect, but livable and better space.
Fast forward to Thursday, last week. Check out a different property, with not only a new roof, but new siding and insides, floor to ceiling. You canāt buy a home in the little area that hasnāt had flood or storm damage, hence the renovations. My boys get their own room. Daughters room is a little isolated so she can be a HS kid.
It also has BRAND SPANKINā NEW kitchen appliances. BRAND SPANKINā NEW fence all the way around the back with over 2,000ft more space for the kids and dogs.
And guess whatā¦ No rabid oak tree roots and no busted 20 ton slab of concrete in the middle of the backyard. I can finally buy a weed eater! Iāve got attic access, TWO CAR GARAGE with room for appliances, tools, toys and storage!!! My wife has room for a biiig office which is very important for her. I donāt know if that, or being itās 1 story is more exciting for her lol. Sciatic nerve pain is a PITA, almost literally.
I gotta find my space, though. Thatās the kicker. No more extra bedroom. Weāre going to add a wall in part of the living room and fully room my wifeās office then add a closet. But that will be months. Not my priority at the moment.
With a closing date of Feb 5, that gives us plenty time to pack and clean. Even perfect time to cut and dry the stuff in the closet and put that back together. Gotta patch a big ol hole in the bottom where I cut my vent. I fully expect to receive none of our deposit 
But hey, weāve rented for 6 years, exactly. Same owner. And since weāre buying a house, he might be cool and give us half back or something. But anywho.
So, ya. Again, lot of stuff happening really fast the last couple of days. Going from either drifting or renting for a (un)healthy portion of my adult life to this? God is good. Itās the only response I can think of.

The Christmas decorations from last week lol I got a ton from work yesterday afternoon, and 3 of the rooms are going to be cake. But we will have to pay Feb rent at the old house, so we arenāt having to fxxxing go go go. If my wife would let me, Iād have it all packed and taped this weekend.

I believe the larger Green Crack is pushing out fresh, unpollinated flowers, as well as with the smallerā¦
I think the OG Kush is going to give me a bunch of little nuggets. She didnāt get blasted as much as the others, but she got a little dusting. Iām gonna give her a trim after whileā¦
After the trim, the upstairs bathroom and most of the formal living room is being packed up!!! Time to start staging for the move!!!

Well, itās gone. Closet sprayed. She smelled exactly like my kids berry mint toothpaste. The smaller does also, but the taller would have been some freakin rocks if it hadnāt gone herm.
Then there were 2. Bases filled with some heavy Jacks. Pushing 1250 with a pH of 5.9 Green Crack in the back. OG Kush in the front. No male flowers on these ladies. Very few seed pods and darkened calyxes. Well, expect OG Kush. I think sheāll finish kinda quickā¦
