Id say humidity if its really high there atm tomatoes plants throw down roots like no ones business i trim mine all the tome toss the trimmings on top of my compost pile buy next week i have new plants rooted and sticking straight up out the pile mind you they are only laying on top most dont even have contact with soil

Definitely been humid. About to have a little storm right now. That’s frackin nuts. There’s like a 10" strip where i could wrap a cloth and have a bunch more by tomorrow. That would be awesome wo have a step stool with the steps cut out as containers and make like a walking tomato plant. One plant rooted in 6 or 8 ascending steps.

Thanks for that! The plant itself is like 5ft wide and about 4 foot tall. The rooting gives me an idea for next years garden!

We decided we’re going to renew our lease, but when we find something just say adios. Month to month is a ridiculous monthly increase and we can deal with the hassles of a normal lease. So…
The power sitch and the solo cups. If we don’t have power tomorrow, I’m scrapping them. I started them bad for almost 3wks, and now they’ve been 100% neglected for 4½ days. We can claim FEMA tomorrow morning at 5am lol. But the solo’s are in full-on flower and have had no more than like 200ppf the whole time. Only been watered once, not even fed. Plus, when power is back on, I’m not doing all the work to change lights. Just wasteful to leave the 350r burnin for 2 really small plants. Crazy thing is, they still look pretty great. Just haven’t developed at all, almost totally stalled out.
But, in that case, I will drop another Anesia Scouts Cookies, and another OGKush and 2 of something else. 1 gallons, coco, and Mega Crop. I will be giving one of the something else’s Jacks, for comparative purposes. 3-5 week veg, and going to step it up with training this time.
I’m sticking to my guns this time. The only thing I need to make sure is still good to go are my nutes. They’ve been closed and in a box since Sunday, so hopefully no moisture has breached. I’m not even opening them until the power is on.
It sucks going through all this crap and not being able to tend to my plants. That’s my therapy, man!

I can’t seem to understand why the power companies aren’t forced to bury all the lines. Out here in Cali for the fires, and really anywhere because of natural disasters…
