Its expensive but well worth it. I’d grab a HLG 260 kit since this is perfect for a 3x3 tent. Do not buy the HLG 260xl rspec since this is extra long. If you decide to go this route.
I second that recommendation
You can grow with the light you have. It just won’t produce as well as you could in that space, and leaves sometimes look a little funky under blurple.
Hard to see them under that burple, but from what I can, off to a good start! Whatever it’s worth to you, I typically fill the solo cup to the top with soil,I transplant between 17 to 21 days after the break soil, and the extra soil supports them, gives them room for roots, and I always put drain holes at bottom and bottom sides of them. Keep it up!
I’m going to try and get a better picture. They look extremely health. They all have 4 leaves now! Temp. ranges from 74-90 because it just gets so hot here where I live. It never stays at 90 long before i get it to go back down. They look very happy.
All 4 still kicking it with you? I saw 3…
Defoliating looks good, keep in mind, trim it the way you vision it to grow! Keep at it, happy and healthy!
I’m surprised with how healthy they look. All I see are green and happy plants. But this is my first time so I feel like I’m not doing something right.
@dbrn32 @Bubblehead @MrPeat
How are the looking day 1 was May 13th. The lights I have, have a vegetation light switch, i flicked it on and now I feel like its not as bright but with a lot more color. Should I keep it on or go back to the normal setting?
Look pretty good to me, but you should probably post pictures in natural light for the best opinion.
Viapar 600 in a 3x3? I would be running with everything on. Adjust height as needed then slowly allow distance to plants to decrease.
Well the plant will be in major shock for a little bit.
@MrPeat did I pull too much off? I thought it was good to remove all the fan leaves? Can you explain where I went wrong?
People will remove some of the fan leaves on a large bushy plant when flowering to help get light to parts of plant that desire. I don’t really see any reason to defoliation your plant to the level you did.
@dbrn32 Okay, thank you. Won’t be doing it again.
It will buff out. Just have a little pause in growth, but it should grow some new leaves.
I was out getting groceries but @dbrn32 has you covered.
So my friends its day 46 since I planted these beautiful girls, they have been kinda drooping for the last 2 days. Just would love yall input on how I’m doing, if they look healthy. They smell beautiful already and to me they look very very green and healthy but this is the first time i have grown anything in my life. Have a great day friends.
