I agree with @HMGRWN i would start watering only from now
Definitely close you could clip now or you could wait until you see 20% amber I like to clip a few branches right about where yours are then wait until I see 20% amber and harvest about 80% of the plant. Then I let it go for a few weeks if it can take it. That way I get 3 different types of high from one plant. I don’t do it with every plant though just ones that I want to play around with.
Thanks @SilvaBack203 , @VirginiaGrowBoy , @plumbdand and @HMGRWN ! I cut a few branches now and will cut most at 20% to see the difference.
The zkittles is more puzzling: a lot more trichomes are amber but the plant is still producing big white flowers and the pistils are still out. Thoughts?
@HMGRWN @SilvaBack203 @plumbdand let me know if I am abusing the tagging:) thanks!!
Looks like it is foxtailing. Those new shoots will not have time to ripen since the plant looks ready now. They are still useful if you cut them off when trimming and use for edibles or making hash.
Not possible.
Tags get noticed and you will get your answer.
Could the foxtailing be caused by too much light this late in flower. That’s some serious foxtailing
Wow crazy foxtailing.
I did not know that too much light was a thing. I had issues early on with not enough light and stretching so I adjusted and over indexed on too much I cut the main cola and put it to dry but when I checked the rest of the plant I did not see as many/any amber on the other colas so I left them alone for now. Thanks @plumbdand , @HMGRWN and @SilvaBack203 for the guidance! This first grow has been a journey
Gonna have some different highs from the same plant it ain’t bad at all. Keeps your tolerance surprised lol
The plant “expects” less light during late flower as that would happen naturally in the wild. There is a chart that shows the D.L.I. “curve” where light increases all through early veg then drops off as it enters flower.
That’s a fat beautiful girl
She’s pretty
Congrats on the bud win
Thank you @SteveSS396
