First grow, not sure

is this a male

Yep, 100% male

Is this the same plant from a couple weeks ago?
That one was male also.

No, different plant. Going to start autoflower now. Wasted time and resources on the unknown.

Unknown seeds are a risk. But sometimes you get a gem if you try.
Hope the next ones go well.

I dont know your experience level. Having said that i would consider going to Feminised seed photo. Auto seem to require a fair amount of experience and you will have more time to correct issues than Autos.

Yea, I will try again with an unknown after I get a successful start to finish with an autoflower. Learned a lot getting to this point.

I agree w audio. Go feminized photo. Autos can be very finicky. My first grow was an auto that turned into a gram bud on a stick because i unknowingly stressed it non-stop.

The community here is really helpful. They will guide you in the correct direction with any questions whether its auto or photo or even vegetables

Meaning gifted, found in a bud or that is not feminized? Non feminized / “regular” seeds are a 50/50 proposition. So you take your chances.
All ILGM photoperiod and autoflowering seeds are feminized. You know what you are buying.

Thanks for the advice. I have already purchased the autoflower white widow seeds. Only want to grow one plant st a time for personal use. Thought autoflower would be easier. I did not know they were finicky. All I can do is try, any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

White widow auto survived my first attempt. Virtually indestructible.

Im sorry finicky is the wrong way to think of them. I should be more cautious on how i word things.
Autos do their own thing on their own time so anything you do that stunts growth (ie harsh stress) slows its growth but doesnt change its timeline. I’ve had a 5 pack of auto seeds. 3 of them you sneezed at and they stalled out. The other 2 nothing stopped them, grew into monsters.
Think of it like a chess game. Do you want to play chess for the first time on a timer or just sit back and think and move when you’re ready to?

That’s a bumber male plant. if you have other plants around I would remove soon as possible.
Good luck :+1::v:

I went photo Feminized as i only grow 1 plant at a time twice a year myself! I can germinate one seed and be sure its a girl instead of germinating multi seed to get one for sure and i dont have to wait a month or 2 to see sex! Saves time and resources. Also you may learn more, faster with photos than autos.

Good to know.
