First grow and first attempt at LST check

In the future I’ll find a better way to anchor the ties, but this looks like I have the right idea right???

I don’t have an answer for u as I didn’t do that with my first grow but…Have a question how do u have those racks sitting up like that? And where did u get them? I’m needing to do that. But couldn’t figure out a way. I grow in fabric farm and fleet bags and need to be able to test the runoff, for this next grow. Ty😁

4 study saucers under each of the 4 pots, and wire shelving above them (which I cut to size) so the pots would sit above the saucers

LST is bending of plant to affect growth, of what I have seen, people bend top of plant so it points down and attach to base of plant, there are plastic LST things you can buy aswell that you attach to make 90 degree bend in stem you attach to. I am no expert in the subject but I believe the idea is to grow plant horizontal so you can have all nodes at the same height to start flowering, using a trellis putting 1 node to 1 square. Hopes this helps.

P.S. careful bending plant, you want to stress not break and there is a fine line.

Here’s the way I train my plants cotton twine

you want to train before they get woody
