These are girl scout cookies extreme. They’ve been outside in my own soil I made. They’ve been watered regularly and fed probably twice a week with Jacks 321. I’m in eastern Tennessee. They get plenty of sunshine. I thought I’d have at least another month for them to grow before they started to flower. I was flabbergasted when I went out yesterday evening to look them over. They have started to flower already and we’re still getting 14 hours of sun. Anybody have any knowledge or opinions on why they started to flower already?

Check your weather app on your phone. It should tell you sunrise and sunset times
14 what it says here to but you know how weather is lol But it is getting close but seems like it is little early
That’s what I thought too. It’s been kinda cloudy here the past few days but not to where the sun doesn’t shine though. I’m just worried about it trying to re veg and screw this whole grow up. I have a lot of time in those girls. And on top of that, the white widow auto I grew at the same time ended badly too. None of the buds fattened up. They were all just foxtails. Bud turned out pretty good but I lost a lot of flower weight because of that.
I’m just about down to 14 1/2 hrs.
I’d expect another week or so here before I start seeing signs.
No fear of that my friend. Days are only getting shorter and pistils starting to cluster is a good thing. Lol.

I hope so. I’m only on my 3rd outdoor grow so I’m still wet behind the ears with this. I started them early April then moved them outside once they got their feet planted. I’m used to controlling the light schedule myself
Photoperiod plants outdoors flower on reduction of light hours once they’re sexually mature. The 12 hour light schedule you see most indoor growers use isn’t mandatory to get them to flower, it’s just what is thought to be the most reasonable time to use from early cannabis studies.
I’m in the dark corner of SC.,western SC.Since moving here,in 10 years of growing here plants have always started flowering in late July/early August.I to felt the same as you..
The plants will reward you if you can keep from mold/bud rot.No matter where I’ve been growing it seems rain n humidity always come at the worst possible time.So pay close attention to them . I’ve grown GSCE many times here. Sometimes Mother Nature can be your friend otherwise she can be not so nice.

Nope. Started from seeds. They’re around 120 days old now
