Dry Sift Afghani

Did a little trim and sift of my 3 Afghani plants I harvested. Might try my hand at a little hash making.

Temple ball?

I rolled a couple small ones while I was trimming and sifting. Hands were black and sticky, so after I swept most of the kief up, I ran my fingers around the tray. Rubbed my palms together and rolled a couple balls the size of a chick pea.

Nice keif stash. I’ve been doing a bunch myself the last few days. Been trying to figure out static tek for cleaning keif.

that would be charas hash. Fun fact it’s thought that charas was the first form of cannabis to be consumed as an intoxicant.

I’m thinking about getting a set of finer screens and sifting it again. The stuff coming through the screen on the trim tray is still pretty green in color as you can see.

The share croppers would sit around the fire after harvesting and collect that from their hands to smoke…at least that’s the story I’ve always been told :love_you_gesture:

I use a 220u, 160u, and 73u. I also use a china bristle paint brush to clean the screens and work the 73u screen to push the stalks and fine contaminants through. what’s left on the 73u is the good stuff. Anything that falls through is going to be mostly stalks and little pieces of contaminant but there is still a little goodness in there so I throw I through that in the shake jar to be turned into QWET. If you want super clean full melt then you can move on to the static tek to further clean your keif up to about 98%-99% heads. I’m still trying to figure out the static tek it’s not as easy as it looks.

we use to throw our trim gloves in the freezer. At break time you wack them on the counter a few times and pour out the hash and roll it into a cigarette. MMMM talk about a tastey combo.
