You may do better to diy your build. Replace buckets with totes (much more capacity). What you are calling a ‘standing rez’ is actually a ‘check-rez’. You will want to add an additional reservoir outside the grow space. I did mine with a drum I picked up at the local car wash or you can order a hoop-top drum from some place like Uline. There is a float valve in the check-rez to maintain liquid levels.
A system like this will be easy to maintain, no draining and refilling unless necessary and PH and TDS will hold much much better.

Yeah, that’ll work. Might be tricky figuring out your nute strength with your girls at different stages of their growth.
You can grow nice plants in a 5 gallon bucket RDWC system. I have thought of going to a tote system but my buckets have been doing fine and I figure going to totes will just increase my system volume and the amount of nutes I would need to use.

If you run Jack’s there’s no change between veg and flower.
Having a large amount of solution is a good thing.

I agree that more volume is a good thing. Anything above what he has right now would be an improvement.

If you are looking into a setup like this you might spend a bit of time researching Autopots. I’ve done soil, media, ebb and flow, RDWC and bottom feed (Autopots). I’ve come to appreciate the ease and quality of using this system and is just about the most user-friendly system out there.

Would I be able to switch the 3 I have in dwc to soil ? And then start a RDWC system next run ?
My first two are at 2 weeks and my biggest one is 4 weeks
Also I’m using Advanced nutrients grow micro and bloom!
