5.2-5.4 ph levels off my ph pen
Personally, i like to see my ph out as close to my ph in as possible. On average, i put water/nutes in at a ph of 6.5 and hope to see the same (or close) coming out.
I’m guessing the soil ph is a little low and they are struggling to uptake all the nutes they are hungry for, and looking for.
Flushing is not a stress free activity and at this stage of flower i might seek an alternate fix.
I recommend doing a couple heavier waterings (you want some decent runoff) at a higher ph to offset the current low ph in the soil…maybe that’ll help bring it up without the stress of a full flush.
With a flush you run approx 5x the pots volume in water through the medium to leech out the salt build up.
Ph is definitely too low, have yiu been feeding anything with a low ph? Getting your soil microbiology on track will help regulate your ph and make it less of a battle.
Where did you purchase it at?
Sorry for the late response I still don’t have internet from the hurricane. If your asking about active aqua ebb n flow system I purchased at a friends hydroponic store about $750 and worth every penny it makes everything automatic. I change water once a week. First grow 8 plants yield was 4 lbs. autos and monsters like this.
Those look great. I was wanting to get a hydro system but they seem expensive. The ebb and flow look to be the best option. I also like the idea of change the water once a week. How big is the reservoir? Sorry to hear about your misfortune with the hurricane. Tell spectrum to get on the ball.
Today I finally got internet but had to go with satellite. Anyway sorry for the late response. My hydroponic system cost around $750. The reservoir is 5 gallons my grow pots are 5 gallon also. My drum that pumps to the reservoir is 55 gallons.
Curious as to what ph issues your having. I been using happy frog for almost 2 years with absolutely no issues.
My ph was falling to almost 5. Im add crushed oyster shell to
Sorry for the delay what are you using for nutes and what is the ph of feed at time off feeding. Happy frong should hold a ph in the 6.0 to 6.3 range..
I made the switch from soil to coco finally to DWC.
I’ve no water pumps just air pump,
Advanced Nutrients pH perfect.
My pH fluxion stay within range that I don’t have to keep adjusting or testing.
This in same bucket just bigger tent.
Humboldt secret
I use advanced nutrients perfect ph. I never have to adjust feed. But plain water cycles i try to stay around 6.1 6.2 .
