Do you wake & bake?

Wake n bake…. I feel like I consistently have a good amount of thc in my system at any given time. It’s basically how my body operates at such fine levels. lol

Same here Hippie. I think if a mosquito bit me, it would either die instantly or get really high :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Same.
I was a heavy, heaaaaavy drinker back in the day. Like full blown alcoholic who could barely hold down a job, would shoplift alcohol, blah blah blah.
When i finally decided to “dry out” marijuana was the only thing that was my saving grace. Truly the only thing that kept me together was my wife’s support and marijuana. No doubt id have never made it without.
Now alot of people will preach about how counterproductive that may have been, will question how i managed to get sober while smoking non-stop, etc. All i can say is that October marked my 15th year sober.

Note, my sobriety doesnt rely on whether or not i can smoke, im well past that chapter in my life, but at the time? Yeah id be dead by now, no question about it.

I can relate, Im so allergic to alcohol I break out in handcuffs everytime i drink its like russian roulette. Got tired of doing time for fighting while drunk and doing all kinda crazy crap while blacked out. I got a yr sober from alcohol and am also myself past the point of extreme recovery that some of the fellowship i used to attend pushed. Marijuana has definitely saved my life and gave me the ability to get through that valley. Thx for having the courage to share your experiences because it made my day to read this @Zampano

The first year is the the worst, but once you get past that hump its smooth sailing.

Eventually its just…life, yknow? Ive gotten to the point where being around people who drink doesnt even bother me (but i have a low, low tolerance for drunken nonsense).

Life is better sober. You miss out on so many fun and interesting things when you’re passed out by 2, or locked in a cell somewhere.

Feel free to reach out if you need to. :metal:

I quit a little over two years ago. Nothing against it by any means but after 30 years I’d just had enough. Time to pass the torch. I’m with you guys. My best busy time is when I get lost in space. I’ve always been a busy stoner.

Best part of the day. Plus lubricates the joints that scream loudly to me in my first 10 steps.

How bout some deep fried cannabis leaf’s?

Though the dish could be easily be turned into something that could get you high with the infusion of THC cannabis oil, chef Schlosser chose to go a different route. Maybe in the near future, a THC dipping sauce will be served alongside the leafy green experience; but as of right now, it’s just plant for thought . A Japanese place (Shubumi) in LA prepares this.
