20 out of 20 dam, you are the master @Dman1969 . Hey quick question, are those rooters or is that straight up coco in your cups? I always wanted to try putting in coco after germination but was always afraid it would leech calmag or have some negative affect on seedlings.
I’ll be following along, can’t wait to see the master pieces you grow this round
What temp and how long do you press? I go 180 degrees I let the puck heat up with the press. And once it gets to temp I press for at least 2 minutes. I’m just curious how other ppl run there wax. I use a 4 ton Dabpress
I used a 120 micron bag and have a 10 ton dab press unit. I let it pre heat under light pressure for a minute, then increase pressure slowly, and let it sit under pressure for 2 or 3 minutes. I am new to this and experimenting with what works.
I’ve never tried making dabs but I’ve been reading up on it. I’m going to try making it with a curling iron to see if I like it before investing in a press. Have you ever tried making dabs that way?
Lol, I got the ole ladies old iron out sitting on the hobby table waiting for me to try this as well
Sucky way of doing it but it’ll give ya a dab of Dab
Hey quick question @Dman1969 are you germinating then putting your seeds in plugs or going straight coco? I never tried straight in to coco but would like too. I have always been worried because didnt know if the coco would leech nutes from the seedling. Been having some issue with rapid rooters. Sometimes i get 100% success but lately had an awful time.
I germinate mine sometimes in a wet paper towel sometimes in water and peroxide. I have gone from 24 hour soak in water and go to paper towels then to coco. Next run I may do direct drop straight into coco. I don’t use rapid rooters or plugs. Nothing against them just never used them.
Ok, cool thanks for the info dude. I use canna coco professional. Are you using straight water when there that small. Or do buffer the coco with calmag and or use a light nute solution? Like i mentioned worries about it leeching from the seedling.
I used to be that guy that would not mix two different kinds of weed. That was in my younger day Today I’m a firm believer that mixing is good thing. So this King Size Cone has 5 different strains in it. Super Lemon Haze, Black Widow, Blue Dream, Kona Red & AK-47
Sweet, I assumed you needed to feed but being that the seedling is supossed to have enough to keep it going for 2 weeks or so was sure. I got cannas chart the recommend feed rates work very well as you pointed out to me a while back for sure.
Thanks so much brotha man! May you be blessed with fruitful grows for all your help dude.
I was worried about that too. So I use half the recommended dose for the light feed schedule in this stage
Thank you My Brother and I have been blessed by all the wonderful growers here that help me everyday. And grateful that I have helped you
I use canna coco professional too
Seriously tho I hope this helps with my ph problem in the trays. They didn’t complain too bad last grow but if it was dialed in they would have been even better.
Ill twist a few of different types until we end up with a smorgasbord of remnants. A bartender will often dump bar mat, of the nights overflow, into a bunch of shot glasses at the end of the night. A closer shot, I think?
