Here is Master kush she is 5 weeks into flower and she is still building nicely, her canopy is pretty crazy looking with all the supercroped branches, she has about 50% orange pistols so slowing down some. Her buds are fattening up nicely but I have to admit that her buds are not as dense, but I know that they tighten up during the drying process, but no doubt they are not going to be rock hard like the others.
Mandarin sunset is 6 weeks into flower, she is not building much now and most of her pistols are orange except for the lowest buds, and her canopy buds are all foxtailing, but of course I don’t go by these when judging for ripeness, I am going to keep her cooking for another week or more and evaluate then.
Here is Apple fritter who is 6 weeks into flower and she is also stopped building and mostly orange pistols, there are some white pistols on the lower plant. I am having some ph problems with her, some leafs are burned looking, but it is not a problem as she is ripening nicely and looking at tricomes next week
Here are my numbers and I am starting to see numbers that are starting to be affected by the peat moss breaking down, my run off is turning browner. I am still able to get a good enough reading on nutes, I will be going straight water with Apple fritter
Anyway you guys I am doing fine here just another day in the desert Happy growing yall till next time Hopefully everyone is having a great start to your week
Good afternoon yall here we are at week 13 day 90, week 6 of flower for Master kush and week 7 of flower for Apple fritter and Mandarin sunset, and 9 since flip. Here’s the closet today
Okay yall I kinda go by what I was taught back in the 1980s buying weed in Humboldt Calif, I had a grower friend who showed me when he harvested. He looked for plants that have Quit pumping out white pistols, top half of the plant maturing, flag that plant allow some time to ripen, then plant 1/3 lower with some white pistols, harvest. I do look at my tricomes now that I learned, and I learned about foxtailing and don’t even look at those upper buds in judging ripening. Here are my girls today.
First up Apple fritter who is 7 weeks into flower and she quit throwing white pistols a week or so ago and now most of her pistols are orange on mid plant buds And the tricomes are mostly cloudy with some amber on the canopy buds and not much amber on the mid plant buds, but amber on the sugar leaf
Before I go further I should tell you all that I have a apartment inspection on the 26th and whether I like it or not I have to harvest Mandarin sunset and Apple fritter by the 22nd. I am going to keep Master kush in there but it should be fine, hopefully they don’t choose me, I have a 50/50 chance lol but the smell should be manageable with just one plant in there. So next week will be busy, I’m holding off on Mandarin sunset as long as I can, wish I could wait another week lol
Here is Mandarin sunset she is 7 weeks into flower also and will be 8 weeks when I chop her. She grew up into the lights and her canopy buds are full of foxtails but mid plant buds are mostly orange pistols and not as much as I’d like lower buds, another week
Thank you my friend yes sir pretty quick lol but Master kush is dragging her feet so we are still cooking Hopefully you are having a great Monday @Crazy81
Good evening yall here we are at week 13.5 day 94 and Apple fritter a full 7.5 weeks into flower and 9.5 since flip, as planned I chopped her today. Before and after
Last picture is the hall closet where I dry for only two days before popping all the buds off the branches and prep for slow drying over the next week.
Here’s the closet now lol
I am pretty worn out from 2 1/2 hours of standing at my kitchen counter and it is going to be a pretty busy this week, hopefully you all are having a great week till next time
