Morning @David1974 and all, weather has been hit and miss here we are all flooding here.. My moms place on a channel just off Black Lake where the Upper Black River ( same that runs in front of our house, just way up stream).
There is a break wall there just under 18" of water.
Will be in the 60’s today but rain and storms moving in tomorrow. And 50 for a high.

The weather will be unsettled for the next week but I’ll take those 70° temps. Maybe the ladies will get their first taste of rain water this week. Definitely lots more time outside inbetween the rains.

WelpI’m pretty sore today. But my grow pen looks way better and is almost completely filled. First time I’ve had it tilled in 4 years. Yeah I’m funny about tilling the dirt i thinkit kills my poor worms. Yeah I know!! The soil smells really rich when it was getting worked. I’ve added cow manure compost the last 4 years but I’m skipping that this year. I’m going to mix pro mix 50/50 into the native soil. I had really good luck the last time I used it!
