DanBs 1st grow Journal

Was from mostly dried veg and over dried bud. Think I went way overboard on what to mix. I did the 1lbs ziplock bag 1/4 filled and about 3.5g bud in 3 3/4 sticks butter and 1 cap lid of veg oil in crockpot for 8 hours mixing for 5 of them hours even 30min.

@DanB 1 oz of bud, 1 lb butter is how I made it, i will tell ya it was wicked used the stove top double boiler way after decarbing. Have a buddy bring me a couple 1/2 gals of Everclear up when comes up for deer season, now to get a Source turbo, just working on wife to soften the blow on more gear! hehehe

Not sure of the temperature of the crock pot, to get the most THC levels you need it to be 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Check out the magical butter machine website they have a lot of information on decarb and recipes

I’ve done that a few times in 2023 and 2024. It’s really the hardest part for a beginner like me. You don’t need much water. Drop another bean @DanB

I intend to do so. Just a few things to address. Will post pics then.

Last ditch effort to try an keep her alive. She has a very healthy white Taproot about 2in long but the stem an leaf keep flopping over and dying. So I moved it to the white cup an dropped to 25% on lights. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. What should my light schedule be for seedling?

The media is very wet bc I panicked and went to transplant but dirt was super dry and we definitely didn’t see that going well

Ensure the medium the seedlings in is just moist. Give them a few drops of H2O and put a dome over them. as long there is condensation in the dome, you shouldn’t need to water. If they are in their final home, I would water just outside of the tips of the young leaves. This should be a couple of weeks in from breaking the surface. Hope you get her on the right track

Should have waited and looked harder for kits lol

I transplanted into a 5gl fabric pot. Lights going currently 20/4 @75% 18in from canopy.

And by chance after she takes to the transplant could I chop off the stretched 50% of the plant like as if I was topping her since she going back into veg? This way I won’t have to bend or break supercrop train would rather top and use net to train.

So this was my idea with her gonna see what happens
