Yes you are good at that lol
I’m adding parts to the cart as we speak but every time I show the price to mama she changes the subject Valentine’s Day ![]()
Take good care of her, and she’ll take good care of you lol.
The rapid kits are nice, but you can save a little cash sourcing the parts on your own and building your own frame. It’s a little less convenient, but we can help if you’d rather go that route.
And of course Groot is still fighting me. He looks good and really thick but he is on the edge of crashing. 6.8 in and 5.9 out. The other WW is sick too but her ph is 6.2 out so only a couple points off.
@Usmcjojo as you can see in this pic that I have boron deficiency. It’s showing in all the plants a small amount but pretty bad in one WW. The pH isn’t off far enough for lockout but heavy calcium can block the uptake. So did you ever have this problem and if so what was your fix?
Yes that’s the direction I’m willing to take @dbrn32 and @Daddy. I think it would be better if we chat via email what do you guys think? Oh and by the way I’m an electrician (I
). At least that’s what I tell people so this shouldn’t be so difficult
Thanks guys!!!
The forum doesn’t allow for exchanging of info like that, for all of our protection.
But several of us here can help. In an effort to not clog up @Daddy’s thread, post in your journal if you have one or start a new thread and tag us.
Time for a update and maybe some more useful info for those running nectar and strong lighting.
Most of us will experience a pH drop when transitioning into flower. Plants change and bacteria feeding will drop the soil pH. Nectar…I think because it’s organic and bacteria friendly along with the plants being voracious …made my pH drop pretty severe.
5 of my plants did pretty good and came back up to 6.1-6.3 off of 1 flush at 6.8. But one stayed at 5.9 when my target is 6.4-6.8 now. Can we all guess which one was the problem child???
Now back to the story… All their ph’s are low but not deadly. They are showing high ppm runoff and deficiencies so we know it’s lockout. In flower really don’t have time to mess around so I think…hey let’s get some powdered/pulverized lime in as deep as I can. My friend looks at me and says"your an idiot!" Then hands me MY Olympus UP and says “read it!” It’s liquid 100% limestone…duh. so 1 1/2 TBL (approx) per gallon to pH up to 7.5. all ppm out are 800 and pH out are 6.6-6.8 except…guess who? 6.2 is still better lol.o
Great story!
@raustin I think you like it because you are laughing at me too…lol
Looking good! On another note, I think I’m about to donate my sample box of notg. Seems like a lot of hassle, and I’m not seeing any advantages over say the earth juice line, or other organic options.
It is a good line and there is always a learning curve, but it is expensive to run. Your sample box will do 2 plants, maybe 3 if you buy more HH. My math has me at $50-$55 per plant cost for full run. But the quality is supposed to make it worth it. @dbrn32
I’m not laughing at you. I mean it, you’re a great story teller. The adventures of Groot.![]()
