Homemade corn tortillas are the best!
I have the same press, can confirm - it’s great!
I never liked corn tortillas until I made them from scratch. I still buy flour tortillas for when I’m lazy tho.
Those tacos look bomb @Low …and now I’m gonna make myself some… because

Around any structures, lines or fences?

Unfortunately- yes. Any given one, if they fell could hit our house or bordering houses. The main reason I want them down actually.

Every once in a while a big storm rolls in and starts knocking some down.

Just went into the room to reduce ppfd and the smell in there is fantastic. Most are ready to come down, gonna try to hold to the 9 week mark.. ~around 9 days from now. However, it falls on a Saturday, so we may have to do it earlier or later to work around the kids.

The buds are looking fantastic, very dense, aromatic, and colorful. I wish I could get pictures that weren’t distorted by the lights. Lots of fading.

The meat was already seasoned and ready to go tho - just needed to be heated up. Pork Verde from a local place I bought because they know wtf they’re doing and I dropped off UPS returns next to them.

I did one a while back, sliced whole thing into a flat piece about 1/2 inch thick and spread baked apples and vidalia onions in a layer, then rolled it up and wrapped in a woven bacon blanket, very good!

I’ve never tried this before, wish we got bacon more often but the pork loin was in a vac pack for a while seasoned. But did the same cut it thin while unrolling slowly, then pounded it out a a bit, spread the filling and rolled up. I felt kinda weird trying apple but I feel like it should work well.

It won’t feel weird when you taste it! Pork and apples get along pretty well in a smoker.

Oven this time, but I sauted the onion, apple and bell, let cool, added the cream, cheese, seasonings.
