If I decarb flower, I put it in a mason jar, lid on in the oven. No smell… just don’t open it up in the house while it’s warm LOL
If I am making concentrates, I decarb afterwards… it’s my preferred choice… less weird smell and taste.

I decarbed in mason jars in the instapot the other day. When i released the steam it really let off a ton of smell. The oven jar method seemed to keep the smell down a lot more.

@Caligurl , I’ve gotta try the jar, I do mine in a pan covered with foil in a toaster oven, CANNOT hide that shit! Old dog is learning all kinds of tricks tonight!

I take my oil nightly, I have pretty good tolerance. Just don’t want to repeat that one time I took too much and was up watching tv all night because I couldn’t close my eyes without the world spinning around me. Won’t let that happen again. Glad it was weed, not shrooms!

LOL… I’ll have to share the story f when I made my first batch of canna-oil to make brownies but afteer 15-20 minutes, we didn’t feel anything so we kept on eating more and more brownies… LOL

Good Morning Cultivators,
Sunday already, huh? Time flies. So, the humidifier helped, but temps dipped even lower as did the humidity. The highest I’ve been able to bring up the humidity was to 50. Turned the machine off twice just to see if it would hold and both times the numbers plummeted. The last drop as low as 34x
Guess it’s gonna have to run 24/7. Everyone has dry throats, and a cough. Gotta get the April air system going.
We are all feeling the effects.

I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences with edibles… a long time ago, got to a state where i felt like i was spinning and falling through everything. Like slipping dimensions. Couldn’t feel the couch, couldn’t feel the floor, there was like a slight resistance n then I’d fall through, over and over. Impossible to see, think, talk, or laugh. off some super medicated firecrackers. Who remembers those?

Awesome! Wife and the girls put ours out yesterday. I conveniently spent all afternoon making 4 gallons of vegetable beef soup with a small assist in hauling containers from basement.
You know it’s going to get cold but we didn’t need it right away.

I think last time I used some low grade, half oz. 3-4 table spoon PB and 2 table spoon butter. Decarb and double boiled the pb and butter with a quarter, let “dry” used big table crackers and sprinkled the remaining dry crumble on the pb weed mix. Should have had more PB because it was like eating that clay… what’s it called. Where it’s mostly grass? lol. Made 4 firecrackers total… I was gone gone for a minimum of 12 hours

Yea @Low thats everyone said for here, spend last 2 hrs on the snowblower cleaning up part of our drive and parking area, have another 1.5 hrs to get it cleaned up 14 +" yesterday and last night hehehehe!
