Agree 100% did that growing up then family moved north to the woods,but even now here in our small one yellow blinking light at a 3 road split of 700 gets busy if ya have to wait more than 45 seconds to pull out on to road :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:. why I like the shack on the Black 50 acres here where house sits 1/4 mile long drive off a gravel road, and we just aquired 50 more acres,Wifes Dad property is whole again.

I’m saving more every day for something similar in a place where there’s water. The UP is actually close to the top of the list. Summer in MI winter in NM sounds pretty sweet to me.

You love it UP is unique for sure we up and camp or cabin it every now and again but hard to leave here to sleep some where else :+1:

I’ve about had it with just about everything. The economy, the people, the vibes. Would like to get away and drown out the world. Wouldn’t take much of a push at this point. Just a few clicks and everything could be sold, and I’d happily fade into the shadows. No more dumb conversations, no more traffic, no more annoyances, no more bad influences, ideas, social networking crap pushing agendas and changing the way people think, no more obligations.

Damn, why am I even waiting.
