Just added some peppers and garlic, doing my best to keep it moist, takes a long time to cook but these pre brined cuts don’t have a lot of fat in them. I get them to temp and they don’t really pull. Gonna be a late trying to get it to 205° before pulling. As always I started it a little too late.

Sweet pics Brother, it was hard for me to predict on random clusters, I’m really digging the last pic and could be 1-2 weeks on those. On the last pollen run I did I was harvesting pollen around week 5ish up to week 8ish. Are you collecting and storing or tossing a female in with this one

The pollen sacks hit almost 2 weeks ago.

12 days- hoping to pollinate around day 25 of flower.

Very possible for a good seed run. Around week 3 of flower is what I consider the start of prime receptiveness so I would say looking at the juvenile pollen sacs and 12 days to flower you should be hitting the window in great time
