Trich shots at 79 days from sprout from @repins12 Seymour Shits plant #3 (plant on the right) in the closet grow space. Very fast pheno out of these gals!! Some ambers, mostly cloudy, very few clear. Yea i believe its time for her!! Will chop her at lights on this evening.

I couldn’t help but notice in the lower right part of this pic how you have some trichromes that have a blue purple stem.
I’ve seen this on a few of my grows and cant figure out what’s causing it or if it’s good or bad. I never seem to see it in other people’s pics. It’s always the same where the color is in the stem but not the round lollipop part of the trichrome. From what I’ve read I think it’s caused from either UV or IR…what do you think cj?

I think it just a pheno and/or temp thing. I see them in some of mine, especially in the winter.

I definitely dont think its a bad thing. And i agree with @Newt is just a expression of the pheno. Genetics and cooler temps definitely help a strain show colors. Ive read, somewhere, they said the color of the trich is just the reflection showing color on the trich 
Anyway about it, its cool, lol

Yes, I am a fan of seeing the purp in the triches. It is beautiful and gives me more appreciation for the plant. Normally it would pass unnoticed, but the closeups capture it perfectly. Just another characteristic that makes cannabis elegant and yet sexy too.

Honestly if u didn’t purchase it yet I would not. Bestva is a blurples brand of light. They use cheap diodes and off colored from what aa good led lights would use. Sorry I’m not light guru but I know it won’t do what u r gonna want to do with it. Lol. I’d stick to Mars hydro or spider farmer. Enfun with meanwell drivers or kingbrite lights to name a few we’ve all seen great results from and lots cheaper than hlg. Scope marketplace for used led lights also as lots but try and don’t succeed so they sell cheap.
I ended up buying a green beam light. The gb2. I haven’t gotten it yet but I know it’s gonna be a killer light and you can’t beat the price. Stoked !
