Cling to the wreckage, a simplified take on a working mans garden

There are two more of the short poledancer #1 that have less stacking but extra frost and terps , about 40% of the phenos by the looks of it

Last application of the 32$ nematodes from Amazon completed , to prep i did my weekly application of microbes and ferment for the 2 beds and a full feed and dose of microbes and ferment for the pots as they were not amended before planting. With that said the beds are only getting the mid week light feeding this week (i found the fertafulvic mobilized a bit too much nitrogen and poledancer #2 got some burnt tips being a heavy Portland diesel leaner)
Just incase i forget im starting another red lentil seed sprout tea , im going with 175g of dried lentils for both beds and the 5 25 gallon pots.

Finally got some pay in hand , its been a minute since my last one but i managed another order of sf nematodes and a much larger order of soil mites 5x as many as last round (buying directly from grub grenade as its much cheaper on large volumes). I can say the combo has been quite effective

I ran out of gypsum and being broke since Christmas i reminded i still had a jar of organic eggshells from my fathers chickens so i whipped up a small batch of wca to keep the gals happy untill i get more gypsum on hand.
Not the most efficient use of the wca but i watered it in with some microbes and the terp ferment.

Being at the 5.5 week mark theres a lot of interesting terp production happening this week. Many changes and some surprises , one black garlic x pd is throwing some candy terps kinds like a bag of original skittles with some rockets candy notes. Poledancer #2 has some truly sour phenos that also look like they will run quite a ways likely 12 weeks plus , not that i have time to run them beyond 11 weeks so fingers crossed they can finish up in a decent fashon lol.

I had a few pots that had some volenteers pop up from last crop , a couple rozay sorbet x pd popped up and one was female so i let it do its thing so i had something to chop early to smoke. I was pleasantly surprised to find straight up lime terps , kinda like a lime pop syrup with kushy notes. Not sure how it will translate to the smoking experience but it seems that the unlikely cross is headed in the direction i was hoping for. Ill have to dive deeper on these and see whats up in there next run

Over the last three weeks i have been slowly lowering the soils moisture content from 50-60% down to 30-45% aiming for 25-30% for the 8th and 9th week and beyond if necessary. I idea is to reduce risk of fungal infection and root rot , i have read this is a highly effective method of prevention.

I think im going to pull the trigger on a 4 stage air scrubber to use for the last few weeks of flower and the drying space. Price is excellent at 550 cdn , we have had great luck so far with all the vevor products. The unit scrubs 800cfm and can use a merv 11 pre filter along with the carbon and heppa filter with added protection via a uvc light inline. Has speed control and filter replacement indicator and counts hours of use. This unit can be ducted which is handy as i plan to blow filtered air down the canopy of both beds , if i want to use the single unit to do this i will have to set up ducting from a central point to each end of the room. I plan to run this unit at floor level so as to pull the coldest air in the room.

One of these units would work excellent as a ait intake unitif insulated ,i could even haul air from under the floor for the warm months with no risk of contamination
