Possibly the bolts are messed up and they couldn’t pull it down tight , ill know better when i pull it up i suppose
Hoping its all good just a crappy install, good luck sir!
If it is a flange hopefully you can charge for it
Absolutely the home owners are very reasonable
You’d be happy with that, I can tell you for sure!
It might be that they had tile in there and replaced it with the linoleum, so the sub floor will be shy because they had to remove the hardi-board and probably should have put in another sub floor in to make up the difference. Hopefully it’s an easy fix…
Unfortunately it is a concrete in floor heating jobber so i expect the flange is cemented in
Ugh…
Took a little calibration to get the 45° cuts nice and tight (first cut on top right of frame was off a little)
The first pic has a seam but they are nice and smooth now saw is lined up.
Got half the frames and trim on , had to clean the place up and complete a few spots i had to glue down some flooring.
Hoping to get the rest of the trim on and walls and ceiling finish coated today as well as first coat on trim and doors, the home owner just had a major cancer surgery so i wouldn’t be surprised if they are good with a solif first coat on doors and trim , the wife wants to set up hubby in the basement so she has a little more space to do her work (home office)
Had a fun event yesterday ,put a few pieces of 16 ft trim on the trucks roof rack only to loose them in the roundabout and had to run ba k and collect them , still had enough to finish the job luckily enough. Off to get the place painted out today yeeha
