You may wish to remove some or all of the damaged leaves. It will help you so you can spot new dmg or further progression of whatever damaged them in the first place. It will help your plant because she is expending energy trying to repair them, and she never will. You can even just cut off the burned portion of the finger leaf, leaving behind the green parts.
