Humidty is rough in winter my goodness. Came down with the I feel crappy and achy so didnt top of the foggers and the tent was 85F 28%ā¦
Cut the spout off of a 5gal water jug and placed the humidifier that had a pump on top. Its normal res is about 2gal so hoping 5 gallons lets it go more than a day. Plus two foggers going.
Just to be safe I gave ro water to the plants and enough so the water would go lower than 2 inches into the soil. I think i need a wetting agent. Any cheapish Amazon product recommendations for that?
Oh also noticed 1 of my 3 ac infinity fans is oscillating only 30Ā° maybe back and forth. No idea how to fix that. Its not making noises or anything.

I have a 6gal humidifier in my lung room it can barely keep the rh above 40% I added a 5gal redneck humidifier. I have 2 humidifiers in my tent.

I have some of those 20gal concrete mixing tubs. Just placing water in buckets helps?
I should have bought some ultrasonic fog heads and diyd a tote. Not sure where to get a cheap one that isnt overseas for shipping.

Bro for humidity I use a 2 gal humidifier and one of the big kosher dill pickles jars 1/4 full with a rag wicked in it. Holds both 4x4 and 2x2 around 60-70%

How low is your lung room rH or if the tent had no humidity added?
Trying to visualize your wicked setup. I think i read some people using a towel in a 5gal bucket with the towl touching the bottom then hung up. I might try that too.

@Serf , Warm water dip cloth ring cloth out and dangle cloth just barely in the water.
I use old cloths as a wick.

Theres a towell hanging out of the bucket it naturally siphons the water out. Air flow evaporates water on the towel quicker. Its in the tray cuz it will empty the bucket faster than it will evaporate.

My lung room has terrible insulation and air leaks. Humidity in my house today 21% my lung room was 47% when I got home from work. The bucket gives me a little extra time if my humidifier runs out of water before I git home to fill it. Im having eye surgery Jan 30th and have to stay in Phoenix for a week. Ive got a friend coming by every other day and my wife will go home for a day. I know that thereās gonna be a few time that my humidifiers run out of water. The T3 in the tent needs to be filled once a day. The 1.5 gal humidifier in the tent lasts 2 days but it donāt do much. My average rh in the tent is 73%

Gotcha, thanks for the picture. I assume it works less efficiently when the water reaches equilibrium with the tent or lung room temperature?

The heat in the tent/room dry out the rag, with the rag in the water it gets sucked up to the dry areas. I refill/clean them every 3 days.

When I had my heart attack I got to the ER at 2:00pm on a Tuesday I was released at 2:00pm on Thursday with a stent in the main artery going into my heart.

Stent in 18 and a double bypass in 21. Best ive ever felt. Stay under 210. Living is great
