It is looking femalish but a bit too early to be certain. It will be really obvious within the next week, I think. When is spits out pistils is the obvious indicator that we all look for.

Suspect it is male, as there are multiple pods on the upper node in the first pic. Give it a day or 2 to develop and let’s see more pics. You have a week or 2 before the pods, if male, open and release male pollen. If it is a male and you have other plants around, then you should limit airflow, bag the plant, and get rid of it.

It should only take a day or 2 for things to develop enough to see for sure. I’m 90% confident it’s a male, but waiting a day or 2 isn’t going to risk anything since the apparent “pods” are so underdeveloped.

I don’t see perfectly, so someone else may come along and say, yeah, I see enough to tell.

@Denaump pest control for outdoor in my arsenal Pure Crop, DR Zymes, and Captin Jacks for pest on plants, have Amonia/water mix, canning salt for around pots, mainly slugs.

Experienced with them and like them.
Training without cutting or tying.
Bonus is they can provide a place to tie onto.
I got plenty now. (100=50pairs)

@Bentstick Congrats on the VMOM. Nice to know forum family growing.

Is it worth it?
Growing requires dedication.
Hope you’re in a legal state and enjoying the process.
My license renews soon, for the third consecutive year.

Yes in a legal state, 12 plant limit, but a short season. Michigan, yes its worth it, a pia at times but its fun to see them grow in nature.

That’s what I was thinking also. Made the mistake once before and was wrong so will wait to make sure they are male and not just playing with me. Thank you all again will let you know and post more pics.

June-Sept, if lucky.
Me too. licensed for home growing is great for sleeping at night.

Males in the grow can be good, if seeds are desired.
TBT buying seeds is easier.
Harvesting and destroying buds for seeds sucks.
However, seeds grow, sometimes.

Some winners.

Thank you. Confirming males for sure had 3 different people look at them and after 24 hours in dark they showed there selves. Again thank you they are gone to a better place now. lol

Most definitely but if have a good strain seeds are required and hurts bad to see the seeds in the buds. But have to do what you have to do.

At $10.00 a seed, I needed seeds to get back into growing.
Sharing seeds with friends is fun.
Pheno hunting is a new concept-experience for me.
In retrospect, it is painful to harvest seeds. Can’t share, because seeds are too valuable, until the seed bank has deposits.
Dialing in grow took a few grows.
Male pollen stores (not sure how long).
Seeds store, not sure how long.

Doing the plan.
Best to your growing.
