Yeah, I had previously posted a bit after eating some 250 firecrackers. Man let me tell you what, by the time of this convo they were full on when we were going back-and-forth rapidly. Sometimes all you need is to smoke on it. Take a break and the answer will appear. Yea brother I go through the forum and read the different threads. As well as the different issues that people go through. I thought I had a good way of growing. But I have changed alot of things and feeding patterns. Only to get better by the grow. I appreciate all of yāall

I get it. Recycled soil will teach you deficiencies without soil tests after runs. I. just recycled 4 totes of 7 yr old soil batches. Mixed them all up and refreshed the peat compost EWC. Cooking now but Didnāt add any buffers or food for now. Figuring that plus cotton seed should help with the Ph rise from my hard water.
I am not an expert, but I planted two plants and only watered once in the first week. I watered once in the 2nd week. Everything I read and watched said the #1 killer for small plants is overwatering, so I asked myself every time I had the urge to water after checking the soil: āCould this potentially lead to root rot?ā and if the answer was yes, i didnāt water. Iām in week 4 and things look great so far.
Rice hulls are AMAZING silica uppers. Also degrade very well in our living soils. I add at build normally.
