Brown spots on 1 out of 5 plants

It doesn’t matter if you’re using organic soil, it’ll still work just fine.

i mean. do i even have to worry about ph? Im also not adding anything

Do you have to worry about ph?! You always have to worry about ph, always! Even in organic soil.

I tested the soil and the water in the beginning and i am in the range.

I have read that ph won’t fluctuate in organic soil and it is unnecessary to check because of that

see link :

Are you using super soil?

Im using a combination of coast of maine potting soil and compost blends

Honestly, I don’t know enough about those soils to really recommend anything to you. I know there are people here that do organic grows, just not sure who.

You still need to pH if you don’t you will lock out your plants
I did not pH through my first grow and had some issues with nutrient up take
Wether the soil is organic or not the plant still requires a certain pH range for proper nutrient uptake

Does the ph shift over time? Just checked my plants at a seperate location and they are all drooped. Going to post to my journal. Checking ph tentatively with drop test and getting electronic one…
