Best medicine, home therapy as needed/comfortable and much cheaper option.
I myself suffer from a chronic injury âTwisted Pelvisâ
Spent $1000âs on medical blah blah, blah, before I took my rehabilitation into my own hands/body
I just learnt this from my massage wellness therapist.
Sheâs been a pure shining light of healing for the past 4+ years of pain and horrible bodily discomfort⌠Also my amazing Chiro recently died unexpectedlyâŚ
But you know what?
There are always people daily dealing with more pain and hurt than we currently knowâŚ
Therefore we are always blessed, we just need to look for the light, shining through the DarknessâŚ
Because it is ALWAYS there when we need it most!
My deepest condolences to you and your family. Death is inevitable but it doesnât mean itâs easy!
Such a handsome mate! May he rest peacefully with the ancestors
Thank you for asking My Brother. Sheâs doin a lot better. The spot is still extremely painful to the touch but gettin better every day. Iâll tell her you asked
This is an appropriate place to share this. I just went through a huge anxiety bout. It lasted for weeks. Tears, shame, guilt, of things I had done years ago, as a child even. I couldnât shake it. We looked at solar activity as a contributor and found some scientific research to support that but, it continued once the solar weather event had subsided. I knew that coffee accelerated it. Back off coffee but it persisted. A friend at work told me about magnesium deficiency. Ive been on carnivore diet for about a year now. Started taking supplements and its amazing the difference. I hope we have pinpointed it. It got so bad that I didnt enjoy MJ any more. I begin to think about the correlation to plants and how cal-mag is usually the second culprit behind pH. Our symbiosis with our environment is amazing.
Anyway, if anyone reads this. What you may think is internal may be external. Maintaining proper health has could alleviate a lot of things that may be plaguing oneself. I feel like me for the first time in a few weeks.
Not too long ago, I had been having muscle cramps, in the common leg/calf areas, but nearly all over.
I doubled up on magnesium glycinate (supposed to be more bioavailable), and daily take a quality electrolyte (LMNT, and it has some salt-ish things and minerals, itâs not a multi-level, no sales or kickbacks, lol), and the muscle cramps have greatly diminished, they are rare now, thankfully, hopefully it stays that way.
I do need to get a checkup. Havenât been in about 10 years. I started taking 50+ supplements and feel a lot better. Youâre right though. Thanks! Last check was 120/40
