Bonjoyle's never-ending grow journal

I lost the outdoor starts in our heat wave. I have three more in water indoors. I’ll let you know as soon as they root.

Durban x Cindy99, 110 days. Watching on the daily for a bit o amber. I am cutting it close on when this needs to come down so I can move the 3 bears (White Truffles) into the big tent.

After this I am going to slow down to 1-2 plants only.

@Borderryan22
Question? Do you/have you ever reused coco? I see that it can be reused a time or two then it is no longer best to do that but is there an easy way to remove the rootball and get it rinsed and ready to go for another plant? If not no worries, my coco is only 11.00 a bag so if it is too much trouble or I have to buy something like Sensizyme to break down any leftover root material then I will prolly just always buy new.

Whoooooa you got some fat buds! Freakin awesome man! As far as reusing coco, i haven’t. I just have a spot in the back, I dump everything and kinda compost it for the veggie garden

Thank you Brother. Wouldn’t be here without you. Once I figured out the watering and feeding routine, I have not had 1 blemish on this girl since the 4th week.
Not sure if you saw this one in mid flower but the frost was insane…

Nuce work @Bonjoyle .those we’re monsters. I recycle our coco. I get the high pressure brass nozzle on our garden hose and just shove it in the root ball the same you would a fresh brick. I do all this in a 10 gallon pot with a 3 gallon root ball. Once i get it all out we compost the whole root andcstem system. I got one now. Ill do it and take some pics.

Throwing this out there for any local peeps. Each year Colorado has the DGC cup. It is for Homegrowers. Last 2 years been in La Porte CO. In 2026, it will be in Longmont. I will be entering something if only for the experience. If anyone is interested, google DGC cup in Colorado and sign up. Another way to meet some folks here on the forum. If I get pollen from the NL male I still have growing and can successfully pollinate a Godfather OG from ILGM, I can enter a unique strain named by the Wife as Odin’s Light, and have a blast while I am doing it.
