You really should look into http://www.marijuanabooster.com/
BTW, http://www.marijuanabooster.com/ is the recommended nutrient system of Robert of ILGM, and as far as I know the rest of the ILGM staff. I personally have not tried it yet but as everything I’ve ever received from ILGM has been top notch, if it’s good enough for Robert and he thinks it’s the best for supporting and growing his seeds, that is good enough for me. As I do not have any experience with any nutes available in your area I can’t recommend any substitutes. Sorry.
does he recomend it 4 hydro as well or mainly soil ?
can it be use for all kinds of plants or only our sweet leaf?
Actually almost all nutrients can be used in both. About the only thing that might be different is the mixed concentration, usually when using on one sort of media to another or the way the nutes are applied to the plant’s roots. And some organics might plug up some hydro drip systems. The very popular coco core and perilte mix, although technically “soil-less”, it is not much different than a perlite/soil mix. Just less compostable material. In fact fine shredded coco mixed with perlite looks to the untrained eye like a perlite/soil mix you might buy off the shelf made by one of the big commercial companies like miracle grow or scott’s. The point I’m making, with this type of hydro medium, you water it just like you do a potted plant in the “flood to drain” style, which is really just kinda the same thing as watering your soil until the water comes out the bottom of it’s container and the soil looks good and saturated. Then let the soil or medium kinda fully dry out before re-watering. As the marijuana booster system has been developed specifically for cannabis by expert growers with the latest science, it should work great for whatever strain you are growing in your soil. Check it out, read up on it. I’m sure as with the rest of the things and people here at ILGM it is made up of the latest and greatest for getting you your best yields.
ok here whats just apeared on another 3 clones my biobiz was stored in a room temp dark place like they recomend i dont see how they couldve went bad
i am looking into how much shipping would cost for roberts nutes in the mean time just gave em pure ph 6 water
but these clones are almost finished 2 wks of flowering
Aww man…lol. What is the temperature there?
Hey Bro. I did not realize were limited by your local resources. I would be more than happy to procure and post you a good nutrient blend.
Since we do not have a pm system yet…(Soon), but not yet. I cannot ask you where you live in public, and do not recommend you tell me in public.
Rest assured. We will help you get access to nutrients. Perhaps you can email support and put: attn: latewood in the title, then you can give me an email or someway to contact you. I also have a couple chats
McGyver gave you some great info. Let us know how we can help you further.
I mean what is the temperature of where you have the plants and their containers growing?
on the canopy of the newer flowering clones in the tent its 78-84 f , the veging one is outside 75-84f but sometimes goes up to 90f
Well that kinda kills that theory, I was thinking maybe the floor was too cold. But even though I’m still going to have to say I’m leaning heavily with thinking it’s a phosphorous deficiency with your new pictures, maybe a potassium deficiency.
well man what should be done for the needy plants i gave em plain ph wtr today
listen the way thes flowering clones look lol this is exactly the way the problems w/the old clone started if its a defficiency let us know maybe the problem isnt my biogrow after all maybe they realy do just need higher doses and some biobloom
I’m betting phosphorous.
How to Stop Phosphorus Deficiencies In Marijuana Plants - ILGM
As you’ll read at the link above:
" You’ll notice that phosphorus represents the “P” in the N-P-K ratio on most fertilizer packages. You can fix many phosphorus deficiencies by finding a water-soluble fertilizer (e.g. a bloom fertilizer) that’s high in phosphorus. Guano that’s high in phosphorus is available almost anywhere. Greensand and rock phosphate both provide phosphorus in a gradual sense. " ~ Robert
But just in case take a peek at the other link as well and read through them and decide which is a better match, but I’m really thinking it’s phosphorous.
Get some Guano or you could get some schultz brand “schultz ‘expert gardener’ bloom plus” 10-60-10, I was looking and it looks like Schults may have modified thei formula since I last used it regularly but it still would likely work just fine or Bonide Products 969 Triple Super Phosphate Fertilizer, 0-45-0, 4-Lb. which you can get at amazon http://www.amazon.com/Bonide-969-Triple-Super-Phosphate/dp/B00494GB0Q/ref=pd_sbs_lg_22?ie=UTF8&refRID=0HVB84PMJQP9MA66XYVG/?tag=greenrel-20
try some Bonide-969-Triple-Super-Phosphate
Well; Since we are, and have been theorizing our butts off! I go back to what I said before. Just do what you did each time you got the plants to recover. Perhaps you don’t need to feed them as much. Perhaps; You can water them several times due to a build up in the res or pot ,etc. (for future re:)
i have here biobloom /biobiz its npk 2-7-4 im not sure yet if im gonna stick with soil or go all the way hydro yet so im not realy looking to invest unless its neccessary the veging clone i gave a foliar sparying now of biobloom she usualy loves foliar feeds but the flowering ones got watered and have buds already so im leaning away with spraying them should i just refeed w/nutes or wait till she drys out
2-7-4. There is your problem. IMO Way too much phosphate. If you want to perpetually veg a plant, you would use a balanced fertilizer. Wow!
Phosphate has a big influence over strong root development. You don’t need a lot of Nitrogen, but you should not try to keep a plant in perpetual veg with a 2-7-4, NPK rating.
The other issue you have; I am pretty sure is your plant is root bound. Foliage may suffer when a root system is stifled, crowded. (no big deal). Not to mention the age.
no sorry wasnt clear thats biobloom usualy only for flowering the veg plant never got it till today at a foliar feed at 1/2 the dose of first wk flower recomendations and the flowering ones only got it 1 x in the soil at less than 1/4 strength recomended for first wk of flowering and never in foliar for veging biogrow is used its npk is 4-3-6
as for the root issue your probably right
the veg plant was in 3 gal pot till 1-2 wks ago now shes in a 5 gal the roots again just started poking out the holes on the sides i dont think she got to the holes on the bottom yet bigger than 5 gal wow thats huge shes outa control shes gotta fit into a little closet for flowering the flowering clones all seem to be ready for transplant fuly but if it aint nesseccary i wouldnt do i ran out of soil and im looking forward for trying hydro for about a yr or so maybe i should just flower the big 1 too before she out grows the 5 gal what do u think cause i also wouldnt want to b waisting my time im doing it i may as well do it right n get the most out of it?
by the way this may shed a lot of light on things let me know what u think BioBizz Bio-Bloom Grow Schedule | Rollitup
also i was hoping the biobloom would be enough w/tiny bits of biogrow for my flowering clones
oh yeh my biogrow aint good at all evry kind a plant that got it was burnt majorly so im waiting for the email on which nutes 2 get
lol feels like a rolla coaster man now 3 the leaves are almost totaly yellow may the good lord bless the plants because it feels very slippery… ok where are we what should i do
The other issue you have; I am pretty sure is your plant is root bound. Foliage may suffer when a root system is stifled, crowded. (no big deal).
whats no big deal mean?
