@OGIncognito i noticed something on autopot website about flushing the system the last 10 to 14 days. Have you ever done that? Seems like a bad idea to flush with coco as the medium.
I haven’t seen that, I just run water the last 2 weeks and wash down with Dawn after the harvest. I still have lines that are 4 years old. Interesting to say the least
Pretty sure this is the same idea.
Bugbee says it’s beneficial to feed til the end, and it certainly doesn’t hurt. However I’ve done both, and I don’t see much of a change either way. Granted im not in autopots but I utilize my last week to go water only and start cleaning the lines with peroxide and bacteria.
I think thats it. Run water only. Supposed to help clean system?
@Low what ratio of peroxide do you run to clean system?
I run 32 oz for 55 gal on recirculating. If it’s going to plants just a splash. 5-10ml a gallon. 3% not concentrated
Edit
This is more so for algae and bad bacteria. You need a bacterial product to naturally clean the lines of deposits.
Ok. I’ll run with the bacterial stuff that i threw in the water today. I just removed as much nute mix as i could then added 10 gallons of tap. It was still around 450 ppm.
Sounds good, never throw peroxide in at the same time or it’ll kill the beneficial bacteria
What a drag. Waited all afternoon for lights on. Microscope battery dead.
Phone cam just not good enough.
The short plant might be ready.
Scope is charged. Think I am taking this one down tomorrow. Her twin I am gonna let cook for more amber.
This one will be next weekend. Possibly a couple others too.
Short Shawty is done. She may be a foot tall. She lost a couple mains when I was manifold training her Any guesses on dry bud weight?
Hard to guess but she looks really chunky for the size it should be a decent payoff.
Shes very dense. Trying to convince myself to go ahead and wash her.
Congrats! Looking pretty tasty. You could weigh the bud wet and subtract like 70% of the weight to get an idea
Nah. Just got to wait unt bag day. Haha
Im guessing 2.75 oz dry.
Ok. Maybe 2 zips.
So much for waiting for amber. Going to start taking down the other as soon as cloudy.
Hey that was my guess. Lol
Congrats on the chop!
