So another week later, everything is on point with one of my plants but the second one has a problem. A week ago i tried to bend the stem by smashing the insides of it, however the stem has not repositioned itself to face upwards. its been like this for almost a week now and i dont see any new growth (probably because of the stress).

Splint and bandage the bend area.

Elevate the limb. Take out the hard bend. Use a bamboo stake or tie it level. The limb is a tube. Close the tube off that hard and it will perish. Once it no longer hangs and it passes fluids it will make a knot. After a knot you can forget it and let it grow. It will turn up. I just finished a torture test of a big mother. Got some really good insight on how far we can go. I supercrop often. Get her leveled out today I suggest.
