Well happy almost the Independence day, We have a group here from PA (Philly) awesome bunch that come every yr, for camping in the yard, cookouts and Kayaking and 4th parade and such what ever they want to do, rifles and pistols have a go this yr we have lit up the neighborhood last 3 days, one neighbor actually figured we doing, “illegal” things here and called the Sheriff dept on us, they showed up, of course I knew them, just asked where we were shooting told him and he sez " enjoy your weekend" neighbor that called is pissed hehehehehe, Sheriff even came over to where my plants are and gave me a thumbs up, other neighbor’s have showed up with their choice of noise makers… Well anyway 12 are going for a Kayak paddle tomorrow I do not partake back has issue with it now so I stay home with the everyone’s dogs and cook, smoke and have some drink awaiting the return, tomorrow feast is a 10 lb pork butt, have it seasoned up and ready for smoker early early tomorrow am so they can eat when they get back…

Morning all hope your 4 th was awesome… Has taking me 2 to days to recoup from Sun, Heat, a day on the big lake, drink, smoke, food to feed a Army for the last week, family and friends and fun had by all.
Update for the Shack on the Black.. 7/6/2025
All going great a lil bit of bug issues but nothing major (yet), all being fed Mega Crop 1 @950 ppm/6.4-6.6 ph heat and humidity has been crazy last 3 days and again thunder in the distance, all but 2 smallest of the garden has been topped, the Afgahn and a GFOG are going to be left to nature for now..
