Glad I could help, hardest part was finding the right style of growing to fit your lifestyle. But now that we have dialed that in the rest seems to have fallen in line well.

Hey…not sure if you’ve checked out the Hortus thread…a big update is coming soon… Videos available on the thread on here. I have rewritten the code with my own charts…so no more expensive 3rd party charts…plus I’ve been able to customize them…also backups and recovery is also coming.

At the price you are paying for this it’s fantastic, if your looking for pure power and outstanding customer service. HLG lights is where it’s at.
@dbrn32 @Low @Growdoc @Bentstick would any of y’all masters have any additional advice on lights for a 4x4 Tent.

HLG is as good as it comes if you don’t mind the price. I run Szhlux lights and have been very happy with them, the 620 or 840 would fill your 4x4 and never need 100% power. All the posted grows on my journal are under them. The 620 is under $300 and the 840 is just over $300 I’ve had no issues with either of them. They have a 1060 that I’m wanting but don’t need! Lol

If I was in the market for a plug and play light would at least start at HLG and see what’s available on refurbished page and applicable discount codes. I don’t see myself paying $1300 to light a 4x4 but I trust their reputation enough that I would probably pay a little more for a refurb there than I would a random Chinese made light from Amazon. Solely on the basis I’m confident they would have me replacement parts in a couple of days and I’m plenty capable of repairing.
That said, I have not pit my hands on any of their lights since they’ve retooled.

Only lights I used have been Spider farmer, been a good light thus far, have 2 G4500 lights in my 4x4 each is 320 watt daisy chained so far so good will know better once grow is done how I feel about them, these 2 are new.
Really appreciate your help guys i went with rhe aglex 1k watt light its 41x41 so should fit good im prdering the hlg lught as well but its on a 2 to 3 week out delivery but will let ya know how it goes once it gets here this is whats cooking in the 4x4 under 840 watt aglex lights there 420w each have 2 in there but its a pain in the ass having to adjust them and im not a fan of needing 2 plugs for 1 tent each light needing a plug in one tent is irritating lol

BTW you guys have it in ya to take me on a soil trip try thid again from scratch i have 2 frost banger seeds super lanky stretched to the fkn sun and thinking i might try this soil situation again and pray it doesnt fail like the last one!

You do you soil the exact same way we measure for your DWC your using advance nutrients pH perfect and is absolutely no different on stage of feeding no matter if soil, coco, Promix, or water. If your mixing 4ML per gallon at seedlings stage for DWC it’s exactly the same for soil.
And somehow i still failed brotha ! Im gonna need some serious help with this soil dude.

And then nugs your growing ate far from anything screwed up, it’s just dry and cure conditions we need to make sure we dial in.
