So the gorilla cookies…
It’s a good smoke! Not overly sedating, can smoke and still function around the garage and get stuff done lol.
The smell is intense!! Very very strong gg4 smell but the taste is very subtle, it’s not fruity or sweet at all, just a good old fashion earthy flavor! And who doesn’t like that?!?

Not really in the smoke, when she was growing she had a doughy funk but now she’s all cured up I think the gorilla just overpowers it.
Now I’m doing that Tahoe cookies and might get a little comparison?

Beginning of day 28 for this little Tahoe cookies, she started her growth spurt Thursday and has finally started to grow out of her own way.
This strain/breeder has a very strong smell already… when I pinch a couple leaves off to open her up my fingers smell like iv been playing with a bud.
So far iv seen nothing bad from the added cal/mag but we are not out of the woods yet.

I grew some original GG that had no real flavor. Just tasted like weed but you could get 3x’s more done in a day. So how does your GG taste ? I grew mine like 3 crops, twice from the seed once from clones , never had any flavor. So I crossed it with pineapple and the cross was a disaster. Had no flavor and barely any kick. Disaster. Often thought I should try another GG.

Yesss! I would agree with that, no real taste just weed. The smell is insane but the taste is more subtle but just plain weed I guess lol.

All this time I thought I had a weird GG…haaaahaghhah thats sooo funny Bro…it was so good for working I just kept growing it over and over even tho I thought it was messed up from the git go…lololol…thats hilarious…

I try to always give a 30 day update so here it is.
30 days from seed on this Tahoe cookies. She’s got some massive indica leaves! With some suborn indica growth! Daily I have been pulling leaves To allow lower growth some light, slight bending and leaf tucking as well.
Another 2 weeks and we should be seeing some nice bud development!

Well, I did a thing tonight… got home from work, had a couple beers and started messing with the plant and got thinking… growth structure on this plant seems ideal for a scrog net… short, bushy and an unrealistic opportunity for tops… so I made the decision to introduce the first net. This one should give me the start to shape and mould what this auto really needs…
Second net will probably go in early flower depending on how the plant responds.
