Pics are a little blurry but looks like white mold to me. Like fine cotton hairs.
ahh that’s tooo bad… ill leave it in there a while longer and see if it gets much worse. it smells pretty strong. I wonder what I did wrong, its in a closet
Dry longer before jarring, burp jars couple times a day for first week or 2, wash bud before drying, all will help.

It does not look good I have not had this problem but if wet / damp to touch you have a problem. I do not know if there is any saving it. If a peroxide bath would save them? Or not take the risk and toss. Bummer. It made me check on the AH I jarred last week. It is all OK but I opened the jars to be safe.
Do you have a hygrometer in the tent? Just so you know what the overall humidity is. Did you have one in the jar? something like these

If it was me I’d be flushing that NL plant and getting my knife sharpened. It looks ready for flush and harvest,.

First one ready to flush and harvest. Im not sure 2 weeks is gonna do it, might not have that much time.
Second one still needs time. As soon as you see ambers start the 2 week flush.
I agree with Silverback, that NL is ready, Maybe only a week after the flush, Might make 2 but if too many amber trichs show you might be rushed to harvest. Should be killer smoke. I love NL.
