Oh shit I didn’t even think of that. It might be to wide. Can I put black electrical tape around it. If not I’ll find something to put it in. When would you repot them? I was told when the leaves reach the edges of the solo cup but have no idea if that common or not. Last time I think I waited to long.

I usually wait until leaves are over edges of solo cup or longer.

For future grows, if you drop your seed in a clear solo cup and drop that cup into a colored cup you can the see your root development. It’ll give you a bit more confidence in deciding when to repot

Ph only just before using. The Ph a day before doesnt matter just what your putting in, when your pitting it in. Yes it will change. I let my water sit for 24 hrs to off gas and the Ph goes from 7.3 to 8.2 or so by the next day.
So ur saying the water I ph to 6.5 on Thursday I shouldn’t use anymore? I always bubble my water for 24hrs then do whaterever an PH last. So I should get new water every time I water?
It may drift a little. If you’re letting water sit it should be aerated or agitated some. I agree best practice is to only prep what you’re going to use.

Yea I mean that does seem to make the most sense. They just need so little water at first and I mix a gallon lol. I should do half nxt time

I do the same with the seedlings and just use the gallon. I haven’t had issues. I do use RO water so not sure if that makes a difference

You can still use it. Just pH it again before watering. I mix four gallons at a time. By the time I use the last gallon it’s drifted off by a few points. I just drop it back down before watering with it. Not gonna hurt to pH it down multiple times.
