R these aphids or something else?
The center section looks newly trimmed. Did someone take a pollen sack off 2 days late?

Pic makes it hard to tell aphid for sure. Looks like their sheds, but you usually see them on the underside more. Thats a lot to see with very little leaf damage.
Google lens says leafhoppers.
Shape doesn’t indicate leafhoppers but something doesn’t add up with all the sheds and no apparent damage supporting that kind of population.
Some shapes look oval aphid and a few like thrips. Whatever it is I’d spray it down with Safer Soap, let it dry, post closeups, and inspect undersides of leaves to find out. @Hillfest1
I think they leave black poop and silvery trails as well.
