So I’m doing an indoor grow but buy a cookies auto three plants deep water culture seeing spots on some of the leaves on two of the plants One plant has like dark brown spots on some of the leaves and other plant has yellow bright yellow spots on the leaves I mean other than that they seem to be doing pretty good as far as I can tell I did have a severe problem about 2 weeks ago 2 days in a row my tent got to 112° cuz my air conditioner broke or so I thought, the air conditioner quit working let’s put it that way. I’m using general hydroponics three part fertilizer along with hydroguard and silica blast and great white I have a 1,000 w high pressure sodium above and I have two lush lighting LED dominator 2X One on each side. Other than the massive temperature spike been pretty consistent about 72° 75° in the growth base it’s possible that it’s nutrient splash from messing with the plants cuz they’re in a kind of small space and it’s possible that when I pulled it out maybe the roots got a little bit maybe on the plant or something possible That’s the only thing I can really think of let me know if you have any ideas or you see anything like this before I appreciate it

I goin through a similar problem with my babies seedling brown and yellowing leave
The pic with the bud I can’t tell for sure, but it looks like some bud rot. The sugar leaves will turn yellow where that is. It could be just the lighting the bottom pic.
It looks like a calmag issue to me. The rust spots on older fan leaves.

Agree, calcium/magnesium issue to my eye. Won’t be able to reverse it but adding calmag will likely stop the leaf degredation.
