I need to transplant my clones which is recovering from almost drying out (I thought they were dead so I left them unattended for 5-6 days but did have the light on).
My main soil isn’t ready yet so I need to put in a small pot for a week or two. I have a little Happy Frog soil. Any suggestions for anything to add to help them thrive? Or just less is more? I plan on using Gaia all purpose dry fertilizer later. Thanks for any advice 
First: If possible, don’t use just clear containers. They are detrimental to the roots.
A lot of us use clear cups that we then drop in an opaque Solo cup.

That way you have access to the roots and still can keep them in the dark.
Second: Be careful not to over-water.
Third: Those look like monstercropped clones. I would get rid of any “flower” parts remaining.
I put sprouted seeds into soil in a 4 inch non woven paper pot and that is put into a 4 inch plastic nursery pot. A clone start works the same.
To put into 3 gallon pots ( my choice ) just hollow out a hole in the dirt and put the who paper pot in the hole. No mess no fuss and no transplant stall. I go from 150 ml per day watering to 1 liter per watering. No more tiny plant in a big pot.
You’re good to leave it for a couple weeks. It’s not got a lot of roots, and you could water and wait for your soil. If you up pot it, then just add perlite to the HF soil.
So do you notice any difference in harvested yields going to 3gal pot? I switched from 5 to 7 gallon a few years ago and can’t really tell
I am not really worried about the yield in a 3 gallon pot. I have a bad back and need a small pot that allows me to move the pot out of the tent to train and maintain as well as top dress the nutrient load.
I train for a 3-4 oz plants and do 6 each harvest. The transplant issue was bothering me because a small seedling right into a 3 gallon ( or larger) can be difficult to water and the soil san dry out deep and on the edges watering a seedling. Once they are big enough I bury the whole bag and start right away with a top soak of 1 liter in the pot. That turns quick normally withing 2 weeks I am over 2 liters and the plants are ready to flip.
I ran autos and in huge amounts ( 11 ).

This is what I use then put in solo cups or final pots. With clones though I use a dome as high humidity and warm temps are crucial to get roots to develop. Yours do have flower so they will need to reveg. Which will take longer time. You also need to keep the lights on 18hours or they will want to start and bud again. Remember clones are same age as mother plant.
They might even need a shot of food since dry amendments are not plant food ready like salts and will take a bit of time to acclimate and your microbes to convert the gg.
