This is my first out door crop in quite a few years. This strain is Gorilla Glue. Buds look good, but I’m worried about the yellowing/ dead leaves. I’m thinking I have about 2 weeks left before harvest. Any advice I would be grateful
What strain is that? Nvm you said GG. Maybe that’s just the plant leaching the leaves as it finishes up?
From what a buddy says, it’s perfectly fine, but I just wanted some reassurance
Yeah are you flushing? Also what’s the low temps been in your area?
It hasn’t had any bloom or anything in about 3-4 weeks… temps last couple weeks got into the low 50’s. Last 2 days it’s been in the mid 80’s. Low temps are expected to be in the high 50’s starting friday
I was thinking she looked hungry. So she’s stealing what’s available through the leaves to keep her fed.
Btw welcome to the forum glad to have you here. Everyone is super friendly so if you have questions ask away just add an @ @Catdaddy1975 (like this)in front of their name to draw their attention to your post.
Yeah I feed up till a 2 week flush. It could be hungry combined with the colder temps.
Thank you!! So is it to late to start giving it food? Or no
Are you feeding with synthetic nutes?
I mean some people only flush a week if at all. So I’ll leave that to @Midwestnewbie to answer. I definetly think you stopped feeding too early but maybe the leaves will give it enough nourishment till chop. You also gotta take into account that it has to be ripe also. So 2 weeks might be longer and if it is id feed her again. Need a close up pic to see what your trichs look like.
There is a swell in the last 2 weeks and I like to feed that and flush my final week. If you’re harvesting soon I wouldn’t feed as it will become harsh smoke. If you’re going to let ride a few more weeks I’d feed. But like recommended above trich pics should help.
They look milky from zooming in on the second pic but hard to tell really.
You really need a loupe (jewelers) or something that will magnify 30x-60x to get true trich pics. They look cloudy/milky to me but hard still to tell maybe if you took close up pic without zooming we could zoom in without distortion.
Thank you. When I get home I’ll try to take a better pic. Appreciate the help
Well come to find out it was starting to get bud
Well come to find out it was starting to get bud rot, had to pull this one. The others are fine. But was able to salvage 98% of the plant.
