Aliens in my seeds?

After a week of no sprouts, I examined the seeds and found little white worm like creatures. Any ideas what they are and how they may have gotten inside the seeds?

how are you germinating???

I first soak seeds in water for 24 hours or until they sink. I use wet paper towel stuffed into a clear glass. Then put seeds down along the side of glass with wet paper towels pressing against them and then put them in a dark warm area. I’ve had fairly good success with this method. I wait until tap root pops. I like doing it this way so I can see if they have popped without having to disturb them while waiting.

Thanks do you mean the paper towel is on top of the seeds?

Nope, I put paper towels in glass and wet them down. Then put seeds down against side of glass with towels pressing against them. I took pic of what I’m talking about just didn’t use a seed. Up to recently I’ve only had two out of 18 seeds not germinate this way. On my most recent grow I had 4 Strawberry Kush seeds in a row not germinate. But 4 seeds that were different strains did. The main reason I like doing it this way I can see when they pop without having to actually disturb them.
