So, I have picked up 2 forks, 89 Hz and 144Hz, per recommendation from the lady teaching me. But I’ve only used the 89Hz so far.
I could do a little video, despite the fact that I hate to do videos lol, of my crude way of doing it. The lady who showed me is very spiritual and went into alot of “why” behind it and I have to admit I retained very little lol. So I will use ALL the WRONG terminology 
If you want to pick up a fork, I’d be more than happy to help you out

I spoke with the woman who taught me this morning. She was doing some work on my horse, and she said she’d be happy to do a YouTube video or something. She was pretty excited others wanted to learn.

So Corinthia sent me a video she did a little while ago. Corinthia is autistic and ADHD and fully embraces it all. Uses only plant based medicine to control it. She’s a unique person, very spiritual and connects with plants and animals on a whole other level. She’s an amazing person!
