Above ground and growing

Thanks the info. Think next grow one plant going in that direction for nutes.

If I keep on 18/6 will it to crowded? As they are autos? If I switch to 12/12 do I need to run to end?

Sorry I didn’t see the auto part. You can leave them at 18/6. Autos will flower on their own.

Okay thanks. My plan was to just keep same schedule while adjusting pffd and dli as required.

Even on an auto? I was thinking about trying out the lower 20-30% removal a couple weeks into flower.

I’m not too sure about pruning autos. I did prune pretty hard on the one round of autos I ran with OK results, but that is the limit of my personal auto experience.

Thanks a bunch for welcomes folks.

Thoughts on this. Is this preflowers forming? Should I start my flowering clock? Thanks.

if its in the way of a bud site and you can’t tuck it, prune it.

Definitely have little white hairs on lower nodes. Will take some after work. Thanks, and leaf tucking full time gig.

So just to make sure this is where I want my light to penetrate.

These hairs?

Defoliated some more. Put it up high and tried to look through to the top. Bushier one gets one more trim in a couple days. Am I on the right track?

You could start the clock whenever you want. Fact is it won’t be done till it’s ready. Keeping track of time is good but trying to rush that time will antagonize the shit out of you. Just learn the plant and when to harvest properly.

They look happy and healthy

So I went ahead and did a big defoliation on day 42 and just finished today at 43. Followed by a healthy 1.25gallon watering with base a and b nutes (10 ml) each plant. This being autoflower and me being a new grower to smoke I hope it responds well. My plant structure is bizarre due to a lack of research (will be neater next time). DLI at 40-45 and ppfd 600-700. Plants both seemed droopy last night after first hefty leaves removoval. Attribute that to 18 hour days. Perked up this morning for final removal and their feeding.

Temps running 76f/60%rh

Fingers crossed.

In search of a decent tds pen.

Apera Instruments AI311 Premium Series PH60 Waterproof pH Pocket Tester Kit.

That’s my ph meter. So far been happy with it.

Was looking at this pen for ppms. Anyone using this unit? Recommendations?
