A Pot For Pot Grow Kit For My First Grow Ever

I wouldn’t be too worried about 2 browning leaves on the bottom…

Hey @Eppie02! Your lady is looking great. I usually just cut those leaves off. It’s only 2 she won’t mind.

I agree, just chop of the lower leaves. All the others look great. I my self would never be on a 24/0 hour light cycle. It waste a lot of electricity. And I would think you will see a slow down in your growth. I am running a 14/10 and 12/12 in flower. And getting bigger plants with each grow. That is with both autos and photos I also run both switches on fro the time they go into their final pots till the chop. I have tried just the blue. And while it works. It really slowed my plants down here.

Quick update - she’s been doing pretty good still lots of growth and hairs on the buds starting to turn orange!

Here’s some status pics I took yesterday

Is there anything I should be worried about with the tips of the top leaves turning yellow? You can’t really see in the photos, but in real life up close all tips seem to be yellowing??

In flower I pushed the nutes on my blueberry autos to the point that the tips burn just a touch. You know that you are right on the edge of feeding enough or too much. Also most of the fan leaves turned yellow and fall off on the blueberry autos so if you see this don’t worry. it is just the plant telling you that it is getting near the end of its life. My autos lolipoped themselves.

This is a picture of my indoor blueberry plant.
Second picture is my outdoor blueberry Autoflower plant, it just got hammered by a flash flooding downpour and is looking a little bent over at the moment. The plant in the first picture is getting its final flush tomorrow and is ready for the chop.

Damn she looks amazing in the first shot! Is that a blueberry auto or regular blueberry?? Trying to gauge how much mine will yield haha

It is an auto. Pic doesn’t do it justice. It has 8 colas over 10" and lots of popcorn buds underneath.
Second pic is different plant grown outside, 2weeks younger and not as spectacular but the buds are much more dense than the indoor plant. I get no blueberry smell anymore but lots of citrus and pine, very sweet smelling. Sampled buds from lower and 2-3 hits and I am sleeping like a baby… Real nice smooth and mellow high.

Wow that’s incredible! Nice job, I’m curious how our indoors look so different only 2ish weeks apart! I did use the pot for pot grow kit so nutes already mixed into super soil. Just been watering and feeding light. I started at 20:4 and made my way down to 15;9 right now - let me know if you have any tips for me!

Great to know she smokes nice - I’m looking forward to the next step - never done this before so will be following yours close:)

I started at 18-6 then went 12-12 a few weeks ago. It is a very basic closet grow. No tent, no dehumidifier, a basic vaporizer for humidity when they were young, mylar covering with both ends open to the world, and basic fans for airflow and cooling with windows open for fresh air. I never intended to grow indoors but was forced to adapt when the weather wouldn’t let me go outside with them. I have always been an outdoor grower and this is my first indoor attempt.

Wait so that first pic you sent, that is one plant?! Our structure just looks so different! I have only one large nug forming way up top and a bunch of other nugs on the lower branches - but none close to the height of that top one. With yours it looks like they’re all the same height/size! @fast-grow

Yes, the top picture that I posted as one plant. LST and fimmed and that was the result. Cal Mag every watering and reduced Fox Farms Trio Every Other watering in Happy Frog soil.

Quick update for y’all and some questions!

ILGM says that the blueberry autos should be 8-10 weeks. I’m on 11.5 weeks but trichomes still seem clear to me?? I have heard this is the hardest part - knowing when to harvest - hoping for any tips/advice please!

Most of the leaves are yellowing now…

@MattyBear @Oldtimer69 thank you! I keep reading that if you wait too long, i ‘waste’ the THC so just wanted to be sure

I agree. I never go for amber my self. I do wait till the trichomes are so cloudy they are almost a purple grey color. Seems to make every one here happy. Since you are all clear. She should fatten up a little more too  And every thing I have been growing seem to take me 3 to 4 weeks longer than what the seed sites say. She is looking good though

@Eppie02 what do you mean by “feeding light?” Are you adding nutes or are you referring to actual light? Lol

I was under the impression nutes shouldn’t be needed on a pot for pot grow.

Did the yellow leaf issue get any better? I’m also doing a pot for pot and the yellow keeps moving up my plant
