Mine aint quite that strict but im burning through atleast 1/8 a day so i figure a dollar store test would get me lol.

Yâall need to work for those companies that tell you they have a zero tolerance policy but refuse to pay to have you tested.

Id hate to know i bought a drug test i knew i was gunna fail 
. I thought about buying one of those little strap ons with the blatter and keeping in the truck.
How does that work in legal states for new hires? Itms it just up to the companies?

I used to use monkey whizz. Its just a bottle of synthetic. Ive used it with no issues. Youâve got to make sure the temperature is good. Iâd tape one leg of my boxers around the thigh and just let it ride there. They come with an adhesive hand warmer and the other side against your skin.

I work in chemical facilities for multimillion corporations. They love paying for tests. It infuriates me though. Its such a scam. Its not keeping anyone safer. Its a racket.

If you use a clean out to get the job itâs considered fraud but they canât prove you did so if you get hurt on the job and get deposed, the answer is I quit long enoug to get the job.

In my case ive had the job for years, i didnât smoke when i hired in. I was an alcoholic which is perfectly legal . Somehow thats better 
.
But, if i was to cut a finger off in the shop they would send me for a drug test and i wouldnât be paid while i was off. I dont really smoke at work but they wouldnât care. Thats where im all for fraud. They would do it to me givin the opportunity lol.

I got hurt and failed the test. They wouldnât cover. I sued WC under the fact that I hadnât been retested and had a drs permission. I won.
I carried a fake penis and pee in my lunchbox. I doesnât help when youâre in the back of an ambulance.

I used a drink called Stinger when I had CDLs and got randomly selected. They gave me 2 hrs to go get tested so I drank it and two bottles of water behind it. Pissed in the parking lot of tester and went in, drank more water, filled their cup and left. Never heard back so had to have passed. Son used it once and he smokes a lot, Snoop has a poster of my Son on his wall, and his came back a very light positive but they let pass because it wasnât a dark line on the test, very faint. Heâs pickled by now anyway!

I was a fan of Q caps. Thatâs what I carried when I drove. Seen em do amazing things on a test. Pop some vitamins for the piss smell

Itâs the arrangement thatâs your issue. The company I work for is worth 100 billion, screened at hiring and thatâs it. If you believe it or not, itâs a regulated business

Like Budbrother mentioned, this is 100% about insurance. There is significant decrease in cost if drug policies are in place. The insurance companies donât regulate how or when they are enforced, just check the box like having a security system on vehicle for car insurance. Gettimg into federal market is slightly more complex but it ends up the same way. Nobody is there standing at door making everyone piss in a cup.
Working as contractor is pretty much the worst of both worlds when it comes to drug tests. In most cases these companies require it to work in their facility but force the contractor to pay for the testing. So thereâs really no loss or investment on their end. In most cases these companies are way more strict on their contractors than they are their own people. My name showed up in local newspaper police blotter when I was teenager and I was ârandomlyâ tested 4 times in 10 weeks following. Not once in previous 2 years I worked for same place and not once after. Itâs pretty much all bs.

Its my industry as well. They are federally required. Literally called DOT tests. Then the use of a company vehicle is another excuse they use. My companyâs policy doesnât test for THC in the office. Im in the middle of getting licensed and should be in the office this year and not have to worry about it. Its still such BS gor weed. You can beat your wife, kids, pets, drink, rape, etc. Thereâs an entire industry built on it from the test sites to labs and then the âcounselingâ if you happen to fail one. They lobby to keep it as weed is the most common fail substance and they make money everytime someone fails.

Alright fellas i could use yalls brains on something. The seedling stage is by far the hardest for step for me. After i get them up to their final pot and in the tent they somewhat care for themselves if you stay in your parameters.
So sar ive had issues with seedlings on every attempt. They have pulled through so far and make miraculous comebacks but i feel like im doing something thats costing me alot of time that could be veg time. That may just be the nature of the beast and why everyone likes clones so much.
Im gunna post a series of pics from what ive done so far and where it has gotten me. Hopefully there is a simple mistake yall will see and i can correct lol.
Starting from seed
Approximately 24hrs in a spring water/peroxide mix. Seed sank and had an 1/8-1/4 inch taproot.
From there, I saturated a shot glass solo cup full of peat moss blend seed starter and added the seed to the 1/4 hole i made in the center. Got out the heat mat and set up my light. 25w full spectrum.
10 days after planting.
Seed came up and opened, seamed healthy. Humidity in the room was around 50%. I thought maybe this was causing the slow growth so i added the humidity dome.
Day 12 after planting.
Starter leaves finally reached the rim of the shot glass and its time for the first transplant. Ive never had real good luck with any starter medium ive tried so again, trying something new. I did however skip the Dynomyco this time to see what difference it would make.
Day 16 after planting
I still have the dome in place.
Rh 99% 85°.
Ive kept water in the dome but the soil still seams saturated so ive not added anymore water.
Every now and again ill have a seedling look perfect but more times than not ive got this till time to top. What am i screwing up???

To much moisture IMO
If the soil is to wet roots donât have to reach for water so slow growth

You want some moisture in the soil but not wet

Number 1 , I leave them in water 24 hrs, then into a damp paper towel, not soaked just damp for 24 hrs. They usually have 1/2 to 3/4 inch tails. I wet my Promix in a solo the same time as I put seed in water, so it drains well. Punch hole in just deep enough to cover seed head. They usually break ground by next day , and then just watch your watering and donât wet the soil yet. Put a dome over them and make sure humidity is high, 70 % works well and 80 degrees. I use solos with holes in bottoms, clear solos will let you see the roots growing and I donât transplant until roots are coming out the holes. Youâve seen how I up pot them, they donât even act like they even know it. Practice makes perfect Brother, keep on with it!

Iâm gonna fall into too much water crowd as well. You have to remember that when you pot up none of the new media has roots in it to take in the moisture.

Heck ive been soaking to runoff and then just using a spray bottle till i feel the pot getting lite. So how do yall get medium ready for a seed? How moist is to moist??

Itâs usually perfect outta the bag. May seem too dry but itâs not. Keep lite and fluffy. Make it easy for root expansion. Keep warm and domed. Water only comes with roots.
